Supervisors reject water offset plan

SAN LUIS OBISPO -- The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors are not ready to move forward with an agricultural water offset program for the Paso Robles groundwater basin. Supervisors unanimously rejected the plan submitted to the board on Tuesday. The vote means county staff will continue to handle offsets on a case-by-case basis.

Probation check leads to drug arrest
