PASO ROBLES — It's official: Off-road dirt bike riding in Paso Robles is now illegal.
On Nov. 6, the Paso Robles City Council gave the final nod of approval when it passed, on its consent agenda, a new ordinance regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public property.
Sparked by public outcry from residents, namely, in the Montebello Oaks area of public nuisance, the city took action, but not without some resistance.
