Lighting up Paso’s downtown

A dazzling array of more than 35,000 twinkling lights illuminated Downtown City Park on Nov. 23 at 6 p.m. This year’s traditional lighting ceremony featured all the regular holiday fare — including hot chocolate, caroling and dance performances — with an added cause.
