TEMPLETON — A man was arrested without incident on Dec. 30 after he allegedly fired shots from a home on the 20 block of El Pomar Drive.

Suspect William Powell, 44, was arrested on suspicion of a weapons violation and assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly fired shots around 12:30 p.m.
