SAN JOS… -- Diverting from its usual beaten path of heading south for the summer, the Madrid Premier Soccer Club Girls 01 North team took a trip north to the San Josť Super Classico to sweep the Girls U16 division for a championship.
The team primarily consists of incoming sophomores and freshmen from Atascadero, Templeton, and Paso Robles high schools.

City water polo and lifeguard camps open registration

ATASCADERO -- Registration opened for the City of Atascadero recreation division water polo and Guard Start lifeguarding camps. Both camps will be open to boys and girls, ages 11 to 16 and will run Monday through Friday, August 8 to 12.
The Guard Start lifeguarding camp is designed to build individuals skills necessary to pass the Red Cross lifeguarding course.
