Templeton girls place fourth at CIF prelims

Photo by Meagan Friberg. Templeton sophomore Veronica Russell finished at 18:47 on the 5K Mt. SAC course during Saturday’s CIF cross country prelims to help the Eagles’ varsity girls earn fourth place as a team and secure a spot in the CIF finals this weekend.

WALNUT — The Templeton High School varsity girls will advance on to the CIF cross country finals after finishing fourth with a team score of 121 in Division 4 of the CIF Southern Section cross country preliminaries at Mt. San Antonio College on Saturday.
