This week the ribbon cutting ceremony took place to officially open Paso Terra Seafood Restaurant in downtown Paso Robles.
Owners Andre´ and Christine Averseng are not new to the Paso culinary scene. For several years they have been creating some wonderful dishes through their catering business, Dining with Andre´.
