Eat Blackberry Clafoutis with Penman Springs Petite Sirah

DESERT TIME Clafoutis, a traditional French dish, is a baked custard-like dessert typically made with cherries and dusted with powdered sugar.
Dessert is not something I make every day.

I tend to prefer savory over sweet, so when I do decide to make a dessert, in most cases I go light on the sugar and prefer natural fruit flavors or chocolate.
