Library gala to feature plates, wine, music

PASO ROBLES — The Paso Robles Library Foundation invites the public to BookPlates!, a charity gala featuring hand-painted plates, fantastic food and wine, and the area’s most popular jazz band. Benefiting the Foundation, this unique event will be held November 30th from 7 to 10 p.m. at the City Library.
