Eat meatballs with Mission View Cabernet Sauvignon

HAVE A BALL  These meatballs can be made ahead of time, frozen and then thawed and heated in a crock pot for a quick and easy appetizer for any party. This dish pairs well with most red wines.
I recently had a beef and wine pairing event at my winery. The beef was by Templeton Hills Beef, a local producer of grass fed beef. I discovered this local company back when I was working on my first recipe book, and I have to confess to not knowing all that much at the time about how much difference what an animal eats can have on the end food we eat.
