The view, food, music and wine make Still Waters divine

With notes of blackberry, cherry and lingering tastes of truffles, this sophisticated wine can be best described in one word, “silk.” Smooth enough to sip and delicate enough to serve with chicken, this may become your new favorite table wine.
Each spring, Still Waters Vineyards hosts their annual “Roll Out the Barrel” party for their wine club members.

The goal, according to general manager Kasey Helt, is to “gear our wine for the customer palate.”

Last month, Still Waters wine club members came together to taste and choose their favorite barrel of wine from 20 barrels of cabernet sauvignon. The top three barrels are combined to create 75 cases of their Estate Barrel Select.

When tasting this customer-created vintage, you may find yourself saying, “The customer is always right.”
