PASO ROBLES — Cherished by locals and tourists alike for its creative and ever-changing seasonal menu, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and casual vibe, Thomas Hill Organics has carved out a unique niche for itself within the colorful Downtown Paso Robles fine dining scene. After years of close-quarters cooking at 1305 Park St., the restaurant has expanded to encompass 1313 Park St., which now serves as the restaurant’s roomier address.
