Virginia “Ginger” Pauline Harp, 88, went to be with the Lord on March 5, 2017.
Ginger was born in September of 1928 in Monterey, Calif. She was born to Charles and Etta Houston. Ginger was the third of six siblings.
Ginger met her husband Delmer L. Harp in Greenfield, where they married in June of 1944. Shortly thereafter Delmer entered the U.S. Army and deployed to Japan for the duration of World War II. Their son Larry was born while Delmer was over seas, and Donna and Keith were born in the years following his return.
In 1952 the family settled in Paso Robles, where they remained to raise their family. Delmer passed away in December of 1977 and Ginger was content in devoting her life to her children, her three grandchildren and to her nine great-grandchildren.
Ginger was a Christian lady, loved the Lord and was ready to meet the Lord.
