Phyllis Irene Dulin, 85, of Paso Robles, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 where God has prepared a place for her. John 14: 1-3. She was born in November of 1927 in Colorado Springs, CO. She spent her final days at home with many visits from family and friends. Her last breath was with loved ones at her bedside.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, James "Cal" Dulin; her daughter and son-in-law Judie and Jim Farris; daughter and son-in-law Linda and David Triano; son Randy Rosser; son and daughter-in-law Jim and Kathy Dulin.
Phyllis also leaves 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, who lovingly call her Mambo. She was preceded in death by her two grandsons Jason and Jimmy; and son Donald Dulin.
Our mother was an accomplished crafter; knitting, crocheting and creating hand-made greeting cards. It was her habit to send personal, one-of-a-kind cards to family members and dear friends for every important occasion in their lives. Many of these cards are fond keep-sakes for each and every one of us. She was also a boot-scooting line dancer with members of the First Baptist Church of Paso Robles, volunteering her time to entertain members of the local community.
Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, Nov 30 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Home, 1703 Spring St., Paso Robles. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec 1 at Paso Robles District Cemetery, 45 Nacimiento Lake Dr, Paso Robles.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phyllis's name to Central Coast Hospice, San Luis Obispo.
