Mutual respect, a zest for using farm fresh ingredients and simple clean cooking has brought the chefs and owners of Artisan Paso Robles and LAís JAR together to exchange kitchens.

Artisan co-owner and chef Chris Kobayashi recently returned from making his debut at Los Angeles restaurant JAR owned by chef Suzanne Tracht. Now, she will be coming to his restaurant at 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 20 to give Paso Robles diners a chance to taste what she can do with local ingredients.

This will serve as the kickoff to Artisanís Monday Night Suppers that will be hosed at Artisan through March 31.
