PASO ROBLES — Black Stallion Restaurant proprietors consider everyone who walks through the doors of their Mediterranean establishment to be family.

“The bottom line is, what’s on the plate for my family — that’s what we serve,” said Mona Shabbar, one of the owners of Black Stallion. “Every single customer is like a family member.”
