Humphrey crowned 2016 Miss California Mid-State Fair

San Luis Obispo native Victoria Humphrey, 17, was crowned the 2016 Miss California Mid-State Fair Queen, Tuesday, July 19 with first runner-up Carley Cockrum, 18, and second runner-up, Tahnee Bray, 20, both of Paso Robles, also crowned that night.
