PASO ROBLES — It was an educational spring break for seven University of Vermont students who recently completed their “Solar Spring Break” on the Central Coast. The group arrived on March 2, aiming to install solar power for two families in Greenfield. The project was completed under the direction of GRID Alternatives, a non-profit organization that trains volunteers to install solar projects in underserved communities.
