100-year-old dolls part of Paso celebration

PASO ROBLES — Century-old memorabilia from one of Paso Robles’ most famous residents will be on hand for the city’s 125-year anniversary party tonight.

Ignacy Jan Paderewski (1860-1941) was a virtuoso pianist, composer, politician — he was the first prime minister of Poland after World War I — humanitarian and orator, and was also a regular inhabitant of Paso Robles, staying often at what is now the Paso Robles Inn.
