PASO ROBLES — The Paso Robles school board voted unanimously, Tuesday, to add “e-cigarettes” and “spice” to the banned substances in the district tobacco-use policy.
All students and adults are banned from using the devices in district buildings, property or vehicles.

They work like this: An atomizer heats a liquid turning it into a vapor that can be inhaled and creating a vapor cloud that resembles cigarette smoke. For the complete article see the 04-11-2014 issue.
