PASO ROBLES — Among other issues, Paso Robles city staff will ask the council to consider adjustments to the residential sewer rates for fiscal year 2014-2015.
Because of drought conditions, water usage has increased, though the wastewater plant has not seen an increase in water received, which leaves staff believing the extra water usage is going to landscaping.
