Congressman Kevin McCarthy, R-Bakersfield, recently visit local software developer IQMS, based off Wisteria Lane in Paso Robles, as part of an effort to reach out to small businesses to discuss pending jobs and health care bills, along with the renewal of Research and Development tax credits, which officials cited as a concern. McCarthy visited with employees, company officials and fielded questions during a question-and-answer session, above, where McCarthy discusses health care.
