Heritage Ranch stabbing suspect remains on the loose

HERITAGE RANCH A man believed to be responsible for a stabbing in Heritage Ranch last Thursday remains on the loose.

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies are looking for Billy Benjamin Hernandez, 40, of Atascadero, who witnesses said attacked a man on 3200 block of Eagle Point Lane in Heritage Ranch and stabbed the victim multiple times.
