PASO ROBLES — Years have passed since Paso Robles first became entangled in water rates litigation, but it may be coming to a resolve depending on the next course of action by the plaintiffs.
On Friday, City Attorney Iris P. Yang of Best Best & Krieger LLP announced that the court ruled in the Paso Robles' favor on all counts in a lawsuit filed by John Borst and two other members of Concerned Citizens of Paso Robles, challenging the rates on the basis of Proposition 218 violation.
