Templeton cross country girls claim LPL title

SANTA MARIA – Runners on the Templeton High School girls’ varsity cross country team took first place with 46 points to claim the league title at last Wednesday’s Los Padres League finals at Santa Maria’s Waller Park.

With the LPL title in hand, the Eagles girls earned an automatic berth in the CIF-Southern Section preliminary meet to be held Nov. 10 at Mt. San Antonio College.
