PASO ROBLES — The Paso Robles Police Department is proud to announce the appointment of two new police officers. Officers Stephen Lampe and Nicolaus Heuer were appointed during a recent ceremony held in the Department’s Emergency Operation Center.
Officer Stephen Lampe began his career in 1994 with the Porterville Police Department prior to transferring to the Visalia Police Department in 1998. Officer Lampe holds a master’s degree from Fresno State University.
