PASO ROBLES — Georgia Brown Elementary School showed off the merits of its dual immersion program with a bilingual vocal performance during last Tuesday’s Paso Robles Joint Unified School District board meeting.
The students — led by fifth-grade teacher Daniel Parks — were applauded by members of the board, parents and community members alike.
