Police arrest suspected strong-arm robber

PASO ROBLES — The Paso Robles Police Department has arrested Charles Donald Wheeler Jr., 51, of Paso Robles, on suspicion of committing a Nov. 25 robbery of Eagle Energy Gas Station.
