With more than 200 tasting rooms in Paso Robles Wine Country, it can be a tad overwhelming to plan a simple day or weekend trip, or to even know where to begin. Focusing instead on regional “wine trails” will allow for a diversity of wine tasting, as well as simplified planning. Better yet, wine trials can often be completed in a weekend visit, making it that much easier for you to plan a robust and lively tasting adventure — even if you don’t have a week to explore the area.
