Top 5 of 2012 - Bearcat cross country boys compete at State meet

A second place finish at the 2012 PAC 7 finals earned the Paso Robles High School varsity boys an automatic berth in the CIF-Southern Section Cross Country preliminaries. The Bearcats took second place overall at the prelims and earned a fifth place finish at the CIF Finals. The runners advanced to the 26th annual CIF State Cross Country Championships in November where they brought home a 10th place finish in the Division 3 race.

As was the case for most of the season, PRHS senior Aidan Farrell set the pace for the Bearcats at the State meet, finishing 42nd overall...
