D’Anbino Vineyards & Cellars delves deeper inside the anatomy of a grape

Some might say that the wine-inclined are fanatics when it comes to complexity.

Picking out the aromas and “mouth feels” of a particular bottle can become an obsession that adds depth to each unique tasting experience. So, what happens when you invite wine aficionados to delve even deeper inside the anatomy of a grape?

That’s exactly what the folks at D'Anbino Vineyards & Cellars hope to find out with an interactive approach to its newest and most exclusive label. The small production of Cabernet Sauvignon —currently undergoing barrel aging — has yet to be named. However, users who sign up at fromvinetoglass can learn much, much more about the wine than superficial first appearances. Mike Rubino, proprietor of the new brand, said it’s all about the process.
