\There are days when I come home from work and just want a quick meal. I am not a fan of processed foods and instead prefer to find quick and easy recipes.
Many foods taste better when they have not been cooked for long periods of time. A great way to put together a tasty meal is to stir fry some healthy ingredients. A stir fry created in a sauté pan or a wok is perfect for nights when you do not want to do a lot of dishes — it is hard to beat a one pan meal.
