Pasolivo General Manager Cheryl Wieczorek knows that it’s remarkable what you can do with just a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of imagination.
“You can use our oils for cooking and sautéing as well as salad dressings or anytime you would use butter,” she said while giving a tour of the bright, Paso Robles tasting room last Wednesday.
