Bristols Hard Apple Cider doesn’t fall far from the tree

Lone Madrone winemaker and head Bristols Cidermaker Neal Collins, alongside assistant cidermaker Connor Meisinger (pictured), are busy producing crisp, refreshing hard apple cider for those looking for a break from beer and wine.
If you want to talk crisp, dry and refreshing, there’s nothing quite like a cool swill of hard apple cider.

Lone Madrone Winery recently released its 2012 vintage of Bristols Hard Cider, the first Central Coast alcoholic cider sourced wholly from local orchards. Light, refreshing and just a bit effervescent, the cider is a true product of its surroundings.
