PASO ROBLES — City officials will soon hash out which developments get what.
That's in terms of the additional 594 dwelling units that remain unassigned within the city's 44,000 population planning threshold.
Problem is — the city received more requests than units available. Who gets what?
Next Tuesday, Jan. 29 a joint meeting of the Paso Robles Planning Commission and City Council will be held at 7 p.m. at the Library/City Hall Conference Center, 1000 Spring St. to decide just that.
Chandler Ranch, Olsen Ranch, Beechwood Area and an amendment of the Borkey Area Specific Plan to accommodate an expansion of the River Oaks development are asking for 998 dwelling units total.For the complete article see the 01-25-2013 issue.
