Homeless count presents problems for Paso

PASO ROBLES — Homeless people aren't easy to find, said Transition Food & Shelter's (TFS) Pearl Munak, and there will be some that go uncounted.

Last week, homeless workers were busy counting for the enumeration of the homeless.

Conducted every two years, the federal requirement has a direct nexus to funding for organizations serving on the homeless — depending on the numbers counted.
