Eat Wonton Cups with Cass Sparkling Grenache

These wontons stay nice and crisp, even when a moist ingredient is loaded in side.
For some people champagne or sparkling wine is reserved for special occasions. I personally think it sets the mood for a fun night and given that it pairs with just about every food, it is the perfect selection to serve with almost any appetizer. I always have a bottle of bubbly chilled for when guests arrive.

Many years ago, I was a total snob and would only drink true champagne (sparkling wine made and produced in the Champagne area of France). I am proud to say I am over my sparkling hang-ups and now enjoy sparkling wine from many different countries and at many different price points.
