Grand opening: River Trail

PASO ROBLES — The city invites the public to celebrate the opening of the Salinas River Trail in Paso Robles for a community walk, trail opening and sculpture demonstration.

The event will be held on Saturday, Feb. 23 from 10 until after noon. Itinerary is as follows: 10 a.m. South River Road trail ribbon cutting and walk; 11:30 a.m. Charolais Trail and River Sculpture dedication ceremony; noon refreshments.

Community officials will be on-hand to dedicate the trail and sculpture. Rain cancels.
