Memories of a heroin tragedy

PASO ROBLES — The church was filled to capacity; everyone was distraught that this occurred to a young person, family members recalled.

Oftentimes people who struggle with drug addiction have little or no resources to account for the cost of drug rehabilitation programs.

Paso Robles resident Monica Campbell, prompted by the death of her son, Ian, on Dec. 27, 2012 who lost his battle with drug addiction to a fatal overdose, launched a nonprofit foundation in his memory. Its whose mission is to raise and provide funding for people going through rehab.
