STUFFED — Wildhorse’s 2007 Unbridled zinfandel features aromas of white pepper and berries with a cocoa finish. According to blogger Audrey Johns, it pairs beautifully with this goat cheese-stuffed steak.


Last weekend was Zinfandel Festival weekend, local wineries showcased their best zinfandels for locals and tourists alike. I stumbled upon Wild Horse Winery and was delighted to take place in a vertical tasting.
