NORTH COUNTY — It’s time for the bell ringing to begin. There’s just one problem. The Salvation Army service units in Paso Robles and Atascadero need people to man the iconic red kettles.
And, of course a location, or two, for the kettles would be great, said local organizers of the annual Red Kettle Christmas campaign in the North County — Diane Quaintance in Paso Robles and Debbie Cravo in Atascadero. This year’s campaign starts Saturday and runs through Dec. 24 to help meet the goal of raising between $50,000 and $60,000 per unit.For the complete article see the 11-22-2013 issue.
