Sharing the flavor palate of Paso Robles is what Second Press Wine Bar and Eatery is striving to do on each plate.
Owner John Clarizio and Executive Chef Ryan Swarthout plan to do this via a menu that boasts local organic produce, fresh fish, locally raised chicken, beef and pork, and, of course, local wines.
